Our latest innovations

The new additive has already been tested under real life conditions: over 12 kilometers of public road have been paved in Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany and Kentucky in the United States. The modified asphalt has displayed excellent characteristics during both mixing and application.

B2Last^®

BASF developed an intelligent and innovative bitumen modification, B2Last^®, that helps you in significantly reducing CO₂ and bitumen emissions and making roads more durable. B2Last^® replaces 3 additives in one, bringing the road pavement to the next performance level.

Cavipor^®

Cavipor^® is a non-combustible mineral-based insulation foam system reliable in all aspects from production to application and disposal. It is particularly suitable for subsequent energetic renovations of buildings constructed of double-wall masonry.

Neopor^® Biomass Balance

The BASF biomass balance approach (BMB), certified by German technical inspection authority REDcert, means that renewable feedstock replaces fossil raw materials which are normally needed for the manufacture of EPS (expandable polystyrene).
